Don't Drown

I've been making paper stars since....I think since I was twelve? I remember wanting to make them because I thought they looked so cute. I still have the ones I made back then, with their crude forms and imperfections. Then I realized that making these became a good habit to have--I had a nail-biting habit and always needed my brain to be doing something due to my ADHD, and this seemed like the perfect new hobby to pick up. It didn't distract anyone; I could do several stars without looking. I enjoyed it so much! Yet now I am stuck with making them purely out of a need to do something. I fold these stars just to keep my mind busy, but now the novelty of doing them has worn ofam drowningwning in these things, hoping to get rid of them, but I just keep making more.
